With over 150 campsites, we have the perfect spot for you to pull in, plug in, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature with waterfront and wooded lots. We have many amenities including, bathhouses, laundry facilities, pavilions, boat launches, dock rentals, playgrounds and a small beach area.

FISHING

Croton Township Campground is nestled along the shoreline of Croton Dam Pond in Newaygo County, a 1,380-acre impoundment of the Muskegon River, offering outstanding fishing opportunities for a variety of species. It’s a favorite destination for boating, fishing, ice fishing, and year-round outdoor recreation.

 

Fishing Highlights:
~Popular Species: Smallmouth bass, walleye, northern pike, crappie, bluegill, perch, and rock bass.
~Depth: Maximum depth of 40 feet. 


Below the dam is easily accessible, just a short drive, and is host to salmon, trout and more.
